Terms of Service
From 4 Nov 2026, section 8 adds how Execution and Full Management are paid, who owns what we publish, and requests we send for you. Read the new text.
1.Who we are
named.ae is operated by DIVINE API LABS - FZCO, a free zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and DIVINE API LABS - FZCO for the use of named.ae. By creating an account or running a scan you accept them.
2.What named.ae is
named.ae is an AI-visibility tracking service. We ask five AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok) the questions your buyers ask, record whether and how your brand is mentioned, and report the results: how often you are named, competitor comparisons, and, on a paid plan, trends over time. A paid plan is scanned every week. A Free account is scanned once. We may offer one more free scan by email; otherwise it is not scanned again unless you choose a paid plan. named.ae measures visibility. It does not control or guarantee what any AI platform says, and the AI platforms may change their answers at any time.
3.Accounts
You need an account to keep a report and to use a plan. The free check needs no account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account, including team members you invite. Provide accurate information, in particular the email address we use to reach you and the domain you are tracking. One account is intended for one organisation. How many brands an account can track depends on its plan (see Pricing); an agency may track its clients' brands on the Agency plan.
4.Plans, billing and refunds
- Prices are shown in US dollars. If a tax must by law be added to your invoice, we tell you before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number.
- Monthly plans renew each month and can be cancelled at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you keep full access until then.
- Annual plans are billed once a year and renew on the anniversary of purchase unless you cancel before that date. You receive a reminder email before each yearly renewal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep full access to the end of the paid year. Apart from the 14 days after your first plan payment (below), there are no mid-year refunds on annual plans.
- Free plan: no card, no time limit. You are charged only if you choose a paid plan, and you can return to Free by cancelling.
- Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails we retry and email you. If it is still unpaid after the retry period, the account returns to the Free plan. Your data is kept as described in section 5.
- Refunds: not for you? Write to us within 14 days of your first plan payment and we refund it in full. After that, cancel any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. If a later charge looks wrong, write to support@named.ae within 14 days and we put it right.
- If we refund your first plan payment, we return the money you paid, and any Kickstart credit used on that payment comes back to your account. It keeps its original end date.
5.Data retention
We keep your account data until you ask us to delete it. If your account lapses or you cancel, your account data (scan history, settings, reports) is kept, so that your history is still there if you come back. Cancelling a plan deletes nothing. You can close your account at any time from Settings. Closing it logs you out on every device, stops billing, stops scans and emails, and stops shared report links at once. Your data is kept after you close the account. To have it deleted, email support@named.ae. When we delete an account, we keep only its invoices, for 24 months, and then we delete them too. Our payment provider, Stripe, keeps its own copy of your billing record.
6.Acceptable use
- Only scan domains you own or have clear authority to analyse: your company, or your client with their permission.
- Do not abuse scan limits. No scripting, automating, or getting around rate limits or caps.
- Do not resell, scrape, or republish the service or its outputs as your own product without a written agreement with us.
- Do not use the service to harass a competitor, to break any law, or to interfere with the AI platforms we measure.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
7.Your content and our service
Your website, your brand and the scan results about them remain yours. You give us permission to crawl the public pages of the domain you register and to send your brand profile and questions to the AI platforms, because that is how a scan works. The named.ae software, its reports' structure, scoring and text remain ours. You may share your reports freely; you may not present the service as your own.
Content you create. The Action Plan gives you instructions, not finished text. On the Free, Starter, Growth and Agency plans we do not write the text for you. You may give an instruction to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or another AI tool, and that tool writes the text. You decide what to publish. You are responsible for any content you create or publish with our instructions or with any AI tool, including the text the tool writes. Before you publish, check that the text is true for your business and allowed in your market. We do not review that text and we do not guarantee it. Work our team does for you under a done-for-you service is covered by section 8.
8.Done-for-you services
If you engage us for done-for-you visibility work, the following applies in addition to these terms:
- Engagements are scoped: the work covered is defined in writing before we start.
- Monthly engagements run month to month; either side can end at the close of a month. Kickstart is a one-time payment.
- Kickstart refunds: Kickstart is refunded in full if you ask before we deliver the report. After delivery there is no refund, because the work is done. The 14-day plan refund in section 4 does not apply to Kickstart.
- Kickstart credit. If you pay for Kickstart, the amount you paid comes off your first month of Execution or Full Management, and anything left comes off the months after it. The credit can be used for 3 months from the day you paid for Kickstart. Any part not used by then ends; it is never paid out in money. A refunded Kickstart gives no credit. If you paid for Kickstart before 2 Nov 2026, your credit has no end date.
- We publish no article or post in your name until you have approved it.
- No outcome guarantees. We promise the work and the measurement, never rankings, mentions, or specific answers from an AI platform. The AI platforms are third parties we do not control.
9.Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scans depend on third-party AI platforms, and a scan may be delayed or incomplete when an AI platform is unavailable; we say so on your report when it happens. We may change or retire features, and we may change these terms. If a change matters to you we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
10.Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or business decisions made on the basis of scan results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
11.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you have a complaint, write to us by email first and we will reply.
