Terms of Service

Draft · last updated 2026 · not yet legally reviewed

1.What Trinetra is

Trinetra is a weekly AI-visibility tracking service. Each week we ask five AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok) the questions your buyers actually ask, record whether and how your brand is mentioned, and report the results — mention rates, competitor comparisons, and trends over time. Trinetra measures visibility; it does not control or guarantee what any AI engine says.

2.Accounts

You need an account to use the service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information — in particular, the email address we use to reach you and the domain you're tracking. One account is intended for one organization; contact us if you need to track multiple brands.

3.Plans & billing

4.Data retention

If your account lapses or you cancel, we keep your account data (scan history, settings, reports) for 90 days so you can pick up where you left off. After 90 days it is deleted. You can also delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.

5.Acceptable use

6.Done-for-you services

If you engage us for done-for-you visibility work, the following applies in addition to these terms:

7.Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or business decisions made on the basis of scan results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8.Governing law

[PLACEHOLDER — depends on entity decision]  Governing law and venue to be finalized once the operating entity and jurisdiction are decided. Legal review required before launch.
