Questions

Who does the work?
The named.ae team. We write and check every article and page. Nothing goes out in your name until you confirm it.
Do you need access to my website?
For listings and articles on other sites, no. For changes to your own pages, we either need an editor login, or we send the exact change to your developer.
When will I see results?
Nobody can promise a date. Your weekly scan shows when each question starts naming you.
What if nothing changes?
You see it in your own scans, not in a report from us. There is no contract: you can stop any month.
Do I need a named.ae plan to buy your services?
Not for Kickstart: you can order it without an account or a plan, and we make a free account with your email so your audit has a home. Execution and Full Management need a paid plan, because the work runs from your weekly scans and your Action Plan. The services are billed separately.
How long does Kickstart take, and what do I get?
5 working days. You get a full scan of all your questions on the 5 AI platforms, the sites the AI platforms cite in your market and where you are missing, your fixes in order for months 1, 2 and 3, and one 30-minute video call that you book for a day after the report is ready. $199 for the first 20 paid orders, until 30 November 2026. After that, Kickstart costs $499. The amount you pay for Kickstart comes off your first month of Execution or Full Management, if you start the service within 3 months of paying for Kickstart.
Can I get a refund?
Kickstart: a full refund until we deliver the report. After delivery there is no refund, because the work is done. Execution and Full Management: each month is paid in advance and a started month is not refunded.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Card is the usual way to pay. To pay by bank transfer instead, write to support@named.ae before you order.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. For several brands in one service, or reports under your agency's name, the price depends on the scope, and we agree the scope in writing before we start. Write to support@named.ae.
How do I stop?
Tell us in writing at any time. The service ends at the end of the month you have paid for. Everything we published stays yours.
When do we talk?
Meetings are video calls booked in writing. Everything else is by email, so you always have a record. We work Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Dubai time (GMT+4).
