How fast will I see results?
That depends on execution. Brands that implement their weekly recommendations typically
see first movement in 4–8 weeks. The tool shows you the trend either way — including if nothing's moving.
Do you do the work, or do I?
The tool tells you exactly what to do — publish this, fix that, get cited here. Doing it
is up to you and your team. If you'd rather have it done for you, our done-for-you service is available
inside the product.
How do questions and platforms work together?
A question is one thing a buyer asks a chatbot — e.g. "best CRM for real estate agents."
Every question you track is asked to all 5 AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity,
Grok) on every scan. So a brand tracking 25 questions gets 25 × 5 = 125 answers read and scored
for you each week — you never pay per platform, and you never pick which ones to include. We write 10
questions from your own website to start; edit them or add your own any time, up to 25 per brand. Every
brand has its own 25 — one brand's questions never count against another's.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans: yes — cancel in one click, effective at the end of your billing month. No
contracts, no calls. Annual plans run to the end of the year you paid for and simply don't renew — that's
the trade for 2 free months, stated plainly here so there are no surprises.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Everything is kept safe for 90 days — scores, history, your Action Plan record. Come back
within 90 days and it's all there. After that it's permanently deleted. You can also export or delete
everything yourself anytime from Settings.
Is my data safe? Do you train AI on it?
Never. We don't train AI models on your data, and we never sell or share it. Your questions
are sent to the 5 AI engines to get answers — that's the product — and the results are yours. Full detail
in our Privacy Policy.
What's on the Free plan vs. a paid plan?
Free tracks 5 questions once a month — enough to watch your score move and get 3 moves
to act on. Paid plans track your full prompt set every week, show every competitor and source, and
rebuild your Action Plan every 7 days. Serious brands need the weekly cadence; Free proves the product.
