How fast will I see results?
Nobody can promise a date. The AI platforms read the web on their own schedule. Your weekly
scan shows when your score changes, and it also shows you when it does not.
Do you do the work, or do I?
The tool tells you exactly what to do: publish this, fix that, get cited here. Doing it

Do you write the text for me?
Not on Free, Starter, Growth or Agency. Every move comes with a clear instruction. One button sends it to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity. Your chatbot writes the text. Do I pay extra for each AI platform?
No. Every question you track is asked of all 5 AI platforms on every scan. A brand
with 25 questions gets 25 × 5 = 125 answers read and scored each week. You never pay per platform
and you never pick which ones to include. Each brand has its own 25 questions; one brand's questions
never count against another's. Every question is also checked on Google search: once on a free account, every week on a paid plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Monthly plans: yes. Cancel from Plan and billing, effective at the end of your billing month. No
contracts, no calls. Annual plans renew once a year; cancel any time before the renewal date and the
plan runs to the end of the year you paid for. We email you a reminder 14 days before each yearly renewal.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your scores, history and Action Plan record are kept, and if you
come back it is all there. You can export your data yourself at any time from Settings. To have
your data deleted, email support@named.ae.
Is my data safe? Do you train AI on it?
We keep your data private. We do not train AI models on it, we never sell it, and we never share it beyond the companies named in our Privacy Policy. Your questions
are sent to the 5 AI platforms to get answers (this is how the product works), and the results are yours. Full detail
in our Privacy Policy.
What is on the Free plan, and what is on a paid plan?
Free asks your 5 questions once, with no card and nothing to cancel. You get your score, every
answer word for word, and up to 10 moves to act on. Then it stops until you pay. Paid plans
ask your full set every week and rebuild your Action Plan each week. Free shows you where you stand
once. A paid plan shows you every week if your work is changing the answers.
What counts as a brand, and what is a question?
A brand is one website. A question is one thing a buyer asks ChatGPT or another AI platform before they buy, for example "best dental clinic in Dubai". The free scan asks 5 questions. On a paid plan we write 10 questions from your site to start; you can edit them and add your own, up to 25 per brand.
Can I track more questions?
Yes, on any paid plan: +25 questions for $99 a month, +50 questions for $179 a month, +75 questions for $249 a month, +100 questions for $329 a month.
What currency do you charge in?
US dollars. The payment page shows the total before you pay. Paying for a company? Add the company name, address and tax number on the payment page and they appear on every invoice.
Do you offer refunds?
Plans: not for you? Write to us within 14 days of your first plan payment and we refund it in full. After that, cancel any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Kickstart: refunded in full until we deliver the report. After delivery there is no refund, because the work is done.
Which plan is for me?
One website: Starter. Two or three websites, or sister brands: Growth. You run client brands and share reports under your own name: Agency. You want our team to do the work: our done-for-you services.
How many people can use one named.ae account?
Free and Starter include 1 seat, Growth 3 seats and Agency 10 seats. Each seat is one person who logs in to the same account and sees the same brands.
Can I track more than one website on Starter?
No. Starter tracks 1 brand, which is one website. Growth tracks 3 brands and Agency tracks 5. On Agency you can add more brands for $79 a month each.
How much is an extra brand on the Agency plan?
$79 a month for each brand after the first 5, with no limit on how many. The price is the same on a yearly plan: $79 a month for each brand, billed with the year.
Is a yearly plan cheaper than paying monthly?
Yes. A yearly plan costs the price of 10 months: Starter $1,490 a year, Growth $2,990 a year and Agency $4,990 a year.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Card is the usual way to pay. To pay by bank transfer instead, write to support@named.ae before you order.
